Spray
Systems Environmental
Stability
Spray Systems Environmental has been in the asbestos and lead abatement
business since 1983. For the last 24 years, our corporate headquarters
has been located in the Phoenix metropolitan area. We grew to be one of
the largest asbestos and lead abatement contractors by earning the satisfaction
of one customer at a time, not through mergers and acquisitions. We have
had no name changes, or ownership changes. We are here today and will
be here tomorrow.
Market Position
Spray Systems Environmental is ranked among the top ten asbestos abatement
contractors in the county by ENR (Engineering News Record). Our reputation
has grown with our company. Over 75% of our business is with repeat clients.
Experience and Reputation
During the last 24 years we have successfully completed more than $167
million in asbestos and lead abatement contracts on more than 9,000 projects.
Our recent strides into the microbial remediation have resulted in commercial
contracts totaling over $7,000,000 and residential/private projects totaling
over $1,000,000.
Large Work Force
We have consistently employed the largest asbestos certified labor force
in the state. Our staff includes 17 project supervisors, and approximately
150 + asbestos technicians, depending on the current workload. Because
of the large employee pool we have, when many other companies are scrambling
for workers during busy periods of the year, we are able to maintain a
large job load and still complete projects in a timely, professional manner.
We are proud of our management and administrative staff (many of which
have been with us for 5 years, 10 years, and longer) and of the field
technicians that have allowed us to maintain the high standards we are
known for.
Insurance & Bonding
Carry
A+ Rated Pure Occurrence Asbestos Specific Insurance and Treasury Listed
Bonding with limits up to $12,000,000 and fully insured for mold /
remediation work.
Site Safety
Safety is of the utmost concern and importance for both our clients and
our. Our current e-mod rate of .85 (below the industry standard of 1.0)
is proof our commitment to safety and is reflected in all aspects of preparation,
planning, job performance, and cleanup.
