CHRIS
BOYLES
PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER
Chris
founded Spray Systems Environmental in 1983.
With careful planning and cost management, Chris has developed
Spray Systems into one of the leaders of the environmental abatement
industry. Under his direct supervision as owner and president, Spray
Systems has never had a name change and has successfully completed over
9,000
asbestos and lead abatement projects totaling in excess of $167,000,000 in
revenue. Chris has helped to
maintain an average of 300,000 man hours per year, with over 6.56 million
man hours worked total by 2006 year end.
His
experience allows him to provide creative solutions to difficult
situations, offering the best possible pricing, handling of safety issues,
and satisfactory results for both the client and other interested parties.
With
Chris’s efforts, Spray Systems Environmental was consistently been
ranked as one of the top ten asbestos abatement companies in the nation by
the Engineering News Record and continues to grow and establish itself as
an abatement industry leader throughout the southwest.

CHAD VAN MOORLEHEM
SENIOR PROJECT ESTIMATOR
Chad joined Spray Systems in 2000 and brought with him extensive knowledge
and experience from the environmental abatement industry.
He has estimated and planned over 1,000 large and small scale
government, industrial, commercial and school projects in a professional
and timely manner throughout Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada and
Texas. Also, he has developed
lasting, working relationships with all clients and regulatory agencies.
Chad's responsibilities
include addressing client needs
and job specific concerns in written proposals in a timely manner, often
with very short notice. Chad works
closely with clients and field management to keep schedules and budget
activities within contract requirements and participates in management
meetings and planning efforts to assist in the smooth scheduling of
projects, which reflect crew availability and client preferences and
needs. Chad also
supervises the walking and bidding processes of estimating department, and
reports directly to company management regarding bid results. He
also supervises
the company marketing efforts.

KEN KNUTSON
PROJECT ESTIMATOR
Ken joined Spray Systems in 2000 as a Project Estimator.
Ken brought with him a vast knowledge and experience of all
environmental issues. Some of
his experience included:

Asbestos work oversight and air sampling, complete project management.

Job hazard assessments and safety training.

Performing job hazard assessments for city departments, greater than 5,000
employees.

Evaluating the need and assigning the use of personal protective
equipment.

Weekly environmental inspections involving hazardous waste, air and water
issues.

Monitoring employee exposure to hazards such as chemical, noise, and
indoor air quality.

Hepatitis program development and respirator program maintenance.

Conducted on-site interviews of District artists, investigated materials

DAVE
KENNEDY
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Dave joined
Spray Systems in 1987 as an asbestos and lead supervisor. He was then promoted to a project manager / estimator
and has been serving as our Senior Project Manager for the past 12 years.
Dave has managed approximately $70 million in asbestos and lead
abatement projects over the last 16 years throughout the southwest region.
Dave has an excellent record of meeting scheduled completion dates
and staying within budget boundaries.
Dave also serves as the Company Safety Officer (CSO) and has an
ongoing professional relationship with all EPA, OSHA and RCRA agencies.
Dave's
responsibilities include meeting with clients designated representative and the
asbestos consultant to review the schedule of work and specify special
needs,
categorizing assignments for each project,
establishing proper safety protocol, coordinating communication between
responsible parties for labor, materials, equipment,
subcontracting and access to the site. Dave works closely with
field management and clients to keep schedules and budgetary activities
within contract requirements. He
supervises the 6 person Project Management department and reports directly
to company management regarding job cost and cost effect analysis results.
Also, Dave works closely with the COO to ensure
compliance of all asbestos and lead abatement regulatory requirements.

KEN
ASHFIELD
GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT
Ken joined Spray Systems in 1989
as a supervisor and was promoted to General Superintendent in 1992. Ken has successfully
supervised over $62 Million dollars in school, mine, hospital, commercial
and residential microbial remediation and abatement projects. In 1999
Ken was the on-site superintendent for a multi-million dollar microbial
remediation and replacement project with an Ohio school district. This
project was completed three weeks ahead of schedule, in spite of additions
to the original scope of work. Ken's experience includes work with many
school districts, commercial and industrial enterprises, and Department
of Defense projects. Ken works directly with office management and field
personnel in coordination with subcontractors and owner representatives
for assigned projects. Ken has completed all his projects on schedule
and within budget. Ken performs pre-construction planning, field quality
control supervision and troubleshooting; he oversees field operations and
observes safety; selects and assigns equipment orders for projects; deals
with selective removal types and quantities of asbestos-containing materials
and develops innovative containment and removal techniques and methods
in respect to each project. He is also responsible for completing projects on
schedule and within budgets and acts as company representative to consultants,
architects, general contractors and Owners.
