Interior Demolition Asbestos Abatement Tenant Improvement

Cost: $10 Million

Performed interior demolition, asbestos abatement and tenant improvement work on 25 projects through a bond program. Work was done in difficult time frames, compressed schedules and at times, off hours or while school was in session. We acted as the general contractor subcontracting build back trade work. The project was done with no delays or negative impact to school operations.
